This Back-Office function is used to Receive Stock and Assets into stores, Issue them to other Cost Centres and also adjust for Breakages and other known causes.

Stock Count:

The Stock Count Process enables you to check whether the real stock and assets in the various cost centres are correctly represented in the system. It enables you to identify losses through theft and other causes.

Reports

Reporting is used to analyse stock and also to provide financial information.

Clear Totals

This function is used at Month- or Year-End to clear the Month-to-Date and Year-to-Date totals.

Change Selling Prices

Selling Price Changes enables you to increase or decrease prices by a percentage and also to charge different prices at different sales outlets.

Stock Lookup.

Stock Level information is instantly visible through this function. Individual Item prices can also be changed here.
