Cost Centre Setup

The Stores, Sales Outlets, Dummy Customers (Final Destinations), Asset Locations, and Consumable Stores are set-up in this function.

Type

The system uses a system of sorting Items by Type and Subtype. The various Types are set-up in the Type Tab.

Subtype

The Subtype for a specific Type are defined here.

Item

The Items belonging to a specific Type / Subtype combination is defined in this function.

Unit of Measure

The units of measures must be defined for the system to be able to do effective stock control. These units consist of two levels - The Units in which stock is purchased and the units in which stock is consumed or sold.
