LEGAL NOTICE - DISCLAIMER AND WARRANTEE:

Frontier Systems Research cc (FSR) of South Africa takes the utmost care in developing software and solutions and ensuring the highest quality thereof. Although FSR perform extensive testing of the software developed, it remains the responsibility of FSR's clients and users to ensure that the software is fit for purpose and to do their own testing to ensure that the software performs as required by them. FSR will repair defects brought to its attention in writing within a period of 30days. FSR does not warrant the software to be fit for purpose. FSR cannot be held liable in any way whatsoever for damages, consequential or otherwise, arising from the use of its software, whether it is through negligence or otherwise from FSR or any of its employees, affiliates or assignees.

FSR will refund the license purchase price of the software within a period of 30 days after installation in the event of dissatisfaction with the software by the customer, provided that such dissatisfaction is made in writing to FSR and FSR fails to address the issues raised in this way. The Customer will stop using the software in such an event and will destroy all copies and installations in its possession. The Licence to use the software will be cancelled by FSR when the refund is accepted by the client.

As this notice is included in our software, the customer is deemed to be in acceptance when using the software to operate their business.

The Laws of the Republic of South Africa, magisterial district of Durban, will govern this disclaimer.

This Software may not be sold in Countries where the local laws prohibit conditions of this disclaimer and warrantee.
