Transaction Audit Trail

This report will show transactions based on various selection criteria. It is very useful to determine how the current stock levels in the system was arrived at.

Re-Order Report

This report will show all stock that need to be re-ordered based on the re-order criteria as set up in the Items Tab in Inventory Setup.

Transfers From / To Cost centre

This reports will identify specific transactions from and to a cost centre.

Valued Inventory Report

This report will instantly provide the value of the current stock holdings.

Goods received Report

This report will be an audit trail of all goods received from suppliers and can be used to check that all receipts of stock have been captured properly.

Stock Ageing report

The Stock Ageing Report will identify old and slowly-moving stock which most likely need to be scrapped or discounted.

Sales report

This report will show the quantities and value of stock that has been sold.
