Master Setup
This function is used to Activate the Application Licence, Set up Currencies, Users, Groups, Permissions and select the directory for storage of fingerprints.
Inventory Setup
The Inventory Setup determines how the POS Terminal will function and how the buttons will appear on the Terminal. It also sets up the Stock and Control and Asset Tracking Infrastructure. Non Stock Items such as Services and Payments are also defined here.
POS Setup
The POS setup is used to define global POS parameters, user based information, tables, food attributes for use in a Restaurant environment, docket types and discount rules.
People Identification
This function is used to scan and store Fingerprints of employees and is required for login purposes to the system.
Tax Rates
The various Tax rates are defined here for use in the Inventory Item Setup.
Logo Setup
The Business Logo location is defined here to allow the system to customise the appearance of screens and reports to the business.
